Job Title: Sourcing Partner
Location: Edinburgh, Hybrid (UK, Remote)
What you’ll do:
• Support the sourcing process for talent across various verticals, including Risk, Compliance, Audit, Finance, Tax, Treasury, Technology, Operations, HR, Business Services, Legal, Governance, AI, and Data.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure successful placements in Commodities and Global Markets, Asset Management, and Capital Markets.
• Demonstrate tech-savvy skills while leveraging data to influence outcomes and enhance the recruitment process.
• Develop innovative searching strategies, utilizing a curiosity-driven approach to identify the best candidates rather than just filling positions.
• Manage multiple sourcing projects and effectively communicate progress and findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine sourcing strategies, ensuring excellence in the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, serving as a trusted partner throughout the hiring journey.
• Attend in-person meetings as required to facilitate teamwork and strengthen connections.
