The Role:
This is an exciting generalist role shaping how employees experience HR every day. As the HR Coordinator, you will not just support HR but represent it at our vibrant Kensington Office.
Working within Mulberry’s Talent and HR Business Partnering team you will have exposure across HR, Recruitment, Talent & Development and Internal Communications. With the opportunity to connect with employees throughout their time at Mulberry. Through recruitment and onboarding to performance management, engagement and communication, you will be passionate about enhancing the employee experience and driving a dynamic and positive culture.

HR
− Be the primary point of contact for HR at our London corporate office, which is the hub for our creative and commercial functions.
− Support and promote employee engagement, health and wellbeing initiatives.
− Provide low level employee relations advice and guidance to Line Managers, within the Mulberry policy framework as required, as well as notetaking when needed.
− Support the Operations team to maintain accurate and confidential employee files and HR documentation.
Recruitment
− Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles assigned to you, promoting equity, accessibility, and inclusivity throughout.
− Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
− Ensure all aspects of the candidate experience are professional and positive, regardless of the outcome for the candidate.
− Facilitate an equitable and transparent internal recruitment process – ensuring all employees have fair opportunity to develop.
Talent & Development
− Support with performance and talent review processes, training programs, and compliance initiatives.
− Provide support for HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Employee Engagement
− Help to drive a positive, inclusive and social culture within our London Office.
− Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal communications.
− Partner with the HR Business Partner and Marketing team on employee engagement initiatives.
− Draft, edit, and distribute internal communications.
− Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, timely, and aligned with company values and tone.
− Help maintain internal communication channels such as the intranet, Teams, and Dayforce.
− Gather employee feedback and support internal surveys and follow-up communications.
Culture:

Skills & Knowledge:
− Relevant experience in an HR role in a fast-paced, professional environment.
− Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen and assimilate relevant information.
− IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
− Works with absolute confidentiality.
− A team player and flexible attitude – willing to support a lean and busy team wherever necessary.
− Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
− Proactive and positive attitude to change.
