Job Description
As the Growth Coordinator, you will support the development and delivery of Tag’s growth agenda, helping convert priority opportunities into wins and supporting expansion across existing clients. You will work closely with the Growth Team, regional stakeholders, and subject-matter experts across creative, production, operations, and technology to build compelling propositions, coordinate pursuit activity, and maintain strong pipeline discipline.
The Growth Manager is responsible for the ownership and timely progression of assigned opportunities, including research, qualification support, meeting preparation, proposal development, and pitch coordination, ensuring we show up to market with clarity, confidence, and a client-first mindset.
Working alongside senior growth leadership and client teams, you will help maintain the tools, materials, and operating rhythm that enable consistent new business performance, including credentials, case studies, pipeline reporting, and pursuit playbooks.
Skills and Expertise:
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously.
Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills across different seniority levels and markets.
Excellent writing skills essential, with particular attention to detail and the ability to adapt tone for different audiences (client proposals, credentials, POVs, internal updates).
Experience in a fast-paced in-house or agency environment (production, creative, marketing services, consulting, or adjacent).
Strong commercial mindset — curious about how value is created, how proposals land, and what drives client decision-making.
Comfortable working with CRM/pipeline tools and maintaining accurate reporting and governance.
Ability to prioritise, stay calm under pressure, and keep momentum through ambiguity.
Interest in content production, creative operations, and/or tech-enabled delivery models is preferred but not essential.
Responsibilities
• Support the end-to-end coordination of new business pursuits and growth opportunities — owning timelines, inputs, actions, and next steps.
• Maintain an accurate, up-to-date pipeline view — ensuring opportunities are clearly qualified, logged, and progressed with owners and milestones.
• Lead the development of core growth assets — credentials, case studies, capability narratives, and reusable pitch modules.
• Draft and refine written proposal content — shaping inputs from multiple teams into clear, client-ready responses.
• Prepare meeting briefs, account research, and relationship maps to support outreach and senior-level conversations.
• Partner with client teams to identify and progress expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Support internal alignment and readiness — ensuring proposed solutions are practical, deliverable, and clearly articulated.
• Contribute to win/loss learnings and continuous improvement — capturing insights and feeding them back into playbooks and materials.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, events, and thought leadership moments that support demand generation and relationship building.
• Provide regular updates to growth leadership on progress, risks, and support needed to unblock opportunities.
As an ethical employer, Tag will never ask job applicants to provide private, sensitive information upfront or make offers of employment contingent on financial requests or responsibilities from any candidate.
