About The Role
As our Employer Engagement & Events Manager you’ll build relationships with employers that are of strategic significance to provide labour market insights, work experience, and graduate level jobs to our students. As part of the role, you will also shape, plan, and deliver the Careers Festival and employer-led activities for students.
About You
We are looking for someone who can:
- Develop, deliver, and administer all aspects of our employability events programme
- Collaborate with staff across the university to understand the learning and employability needs of our students and ensure that the employability events programme is fit for purpose
- Initiate, nurture, and manage relationships with employers, businesses and community representatives who have a strategic significance to the university in terms of student or graduate employability
- Proactively work to create new and innovative opportunities for our students and graduates to connect with employers and external partners both within and outside the curriculum
This is a full time (37.0 hours per week), permanent position, and we welcome applications from candidates seeking to job share.
