Job Title
People Team Graduate
Job Description
We have a unique opportunity to join the UKI People Function on a 2 year fixed term basis where you will be able to learn from the best and give your best. You will play an active role in driving initiatives across the employee lifecycle, gaining broad exposure and real responsibility from day one, helping to deliver the Global Philips and UK&I People Strategy for all business areas.
Reporting into the People Business Partner and working closely with the People Partner, you will support day-to-day People activities including onboarding and induction, employee relations, learning and development programmes such as mentoring and apprentices. You will offer coordination support for People related activities such as employee communications, events and engagement initiatives. You will contribute to the delivery of the Global and UK&I People Strategy, helping to drive key strategic People initiatives across the business.
You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with the wider People team across Talent Acquisition, Rewards, Health & Wellbeing and People Services. This could include ad hoc support for annual benefits renewal processes, policy maintenance, absence reporting and analysis, case management, supporting wellbeing initiatives and events and being a point of contact for new starters within the business.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to get involved in employee-led committees, such as Inclusivity & Diversity and Social Value, helping to support engagement and culture-building initiatives across the organisation.
This role offers a broad, hands-on foundation in HR within a supportive and dynamic environment, enabling you to build strong generalist skills while contributing to meaningful people-focused projects. You will have a strong support network via the People team, previous graduates, business managers and mentors.

- A demonstrable desire to pursue a career in HR
- You will demonstrate a high level of energy, drive and passion in pursuing work objectives and a total commitment to achieving successful outcomes.
