The role
The Raspberry Pi Foundation is looking to appoint a Global Partnerships Coordinator to support the work we do through our network of global partner organisations.
Reporting to the Director of Global Partnerships, the Global Partnerships Coordinator will primarily support the Experience AI programme, ensuring our work is effectively planned and executed. The ideal candidate will be highly organised and capable of managing projects and business processes. You will be familiar with impact reporting and grant management processes. You will work with teams across the Foundation as well as a growing network of external partners.
You don't need to be an expert in AI, computing, or digital making, but you do need to bring a passion for our mission and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities
- Provide desk-based research to support the identification of mission-aligned potential partners around the world based on set criteria.
- Support the onboarding of partners including due diligence processes and checks. Provide support to the grant management process as required
- Support the Global Partnerships team to meet the ongoing needs of partners including through a Community of Practice.
- Support cross-team activities such as training, and liaise with the Learning and Marketing teams as required
- Provide administrative support to the team to ensure the effective delivery of agreed priorities. Organise internal and external meetings, including scheduling and following up on agreed actions.
- Support the processes through which the team collects user feedback and other data from partners in collaboration with the Impact team. Collate data and report on partner progress against deliverables as required
- Help ensure that the Global Partnerships team is using the Foundation's business processes and productivity tools, such as Salesforce and Monday.com, effectively.
- Represent the Foundation to external stakeholders, including at training and other events.
