Argyll & Bute HSCP is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, selfmotivated and peoplefocused Engagement Officer to join our team. This role will lead priority publicinvolvement projects, build practical tools and guidance, and help colleagues communicate clearly with patients, partners and the public to ensure we can deliver the best possible services.
The successful candidate must deliver and performancemonitor our Planning with People duties by leading and managing specific publicinvolvement projects and developing practical engagement guidance and tools.
They will strengthen the HSCP’s engagement function, improving our capacity to deliver corporate messages and communicate effectively within and beyond the HSCPwith partner organisations, stakeholders, patients and the publicto support highquality service delivery and better health.
We are seeking an individual who will be a natural relationshipbuilder who can facilitate conversations and coproduce solutions with diverse communities and partners. Strong project planning, organisation and followthrough, with an eye for evaluation and performance monitoring is essential in any candidate applying.
Experience in public involvement, community development, communications or service improvement (health and social care experience is an advantage).
This is a fixed-term full time post for 18 months from date of commencement working 37 hours per week in accordance with service requirements.
