- Drive cross‑functional initiatives and monitor progress across strategic programmes.
- Coordinate inputs across multiple countries and teams, ensuring alignment to frameworks and standards.
- Step in as programme lead where additional structure, clarity, or momentum is required.
Operational Excellence
- Own the rhythm of the business (ROB), including LT meetings, risk reviews, workshops, offsites, townhalls, and governance cycles.
- Design meeting agendas, materials, and pre‑reads that focus on decisions and outcomes rather than status updates.
- Maintain robust governance for risks, actions, and follow‑ups, ensuring accountability and timely closure.
- Oversee organisational health metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Executive Advisory & Communication
- Serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner to the General Manager, offering data‑driven insights.
- Craft high‑impact executive communications for internal and external audiences.
- Ensure messaging clearly connects operational activity with broader organisational strategy.
- Represent the executive in meetings and liaise across cross‑functional teams on their behalf.
Culture & People
- Lead initiatives that strengthen diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement.
- Partner with HR on workforce planning, organisational design, and talent development.
- Track and synthesise employee signals across countries, ensuring a clear link between feedback, actions, and outcomes.
- Foster a strong organisational culture and monitor team health.
Key Skills & Capabilities
- Strong business acumen and deep understanding of technology industry dynamics.
- Excellent strategic and operational judgment, with the ability to move between detailed execution and executive‑level synthesis.
- Ability to lead through influence and manage complex stakeholder environments.
- Skilled in data analysis, scenario planning, and decision‑making.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Thrives in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
Typical Background
- Experience in business management, strategy consulting, or programme leadership within complex, matrixed organisations.
