We’re working with a well‑regarded, International Law Firm that is seeking an experienced Diversity & Inclusion Advisor on a part-time basis, to play a key role in delivering impactful inclusion programmes and championing employee networks.
Part-time - 4 days per week.
Salary - up to approx. £45k FTE
This role centres on delivering a wide range of D&I programmes, driving employee engagement and supporting the firm’s networks, alongside ownership of key internal communications. It suits someone who enjoys working across multiple projects, builds strong relationships quickly and is confident turning strategy into practical, high‑quality activity with real impact.
Key duties will include:
- Delivering London and global D&I programmes, ensuring initiatives and events land effectively and support firm‑wide priorities.
- Producing clear, engaging D&I communications for internal channels and contributing to external messaging across web, social and recruitment platforms.
- Supporting social mobility initiatives, including early‑access and work‑experience programmes for under‑represented talent.
- Acting as the go‑to contact for employee networks, providing coordination, structure and practical support to help them operate effectively.
- Leading the planning of major inclusion moments across the year, ensuring consistent, inclusive delivery across UK and international offices.
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, network leads and external partners to drive aligned and collaborative D&I activity.
- Managing competing D&I requests with professionalism, autonomy and sound judgement.
- Monitoring industry developments and best practice to continually strengthen the firm’s inclusion approach.
The suitable Diversity & Inclusion Advisor will bring proven experience delivering inclusion, engagement or people‑focused initiatives in a corporate or professional services environment, along with excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder‑management skills.
