Ignite is excited to be partnering with a fast-growing FMCG brand in the search for a Head of Supply Chain. This is a pivotal leadership role within a business that is scaling rapidly, expanding its product portfolio, and strengthening its operational foundations to support the next stage of growth.
They are looking for a seasoned supply chain leader who can own and advise on the full endâtoâend operation, from manufacturing strategy and supplier partnerships to forecasting, production, quality, logistics, cost optimisation and continuous improvement.
Sitting at the centre of the organisation, you will work closely with Founders, Operations, Finance, NPD, Commercial and external manufacturers to ensure products are made, moved and delivered with exceptional service, quality and margin discipline.
You will take responsibility for global supply planning, coâmanufacturing relationships, ingredient and packaging sourcing, capacity planning, NPD readiness, inventory accuracy, 3PL performance, cost management and the development of scalable processes that support international expansion. You will also lead and develop a team of 10, ensuring strong performance, capability building and operational excellence across the function.

What skills do you need?
âď¸ Proven experience in FMCG supply chain leadership, ideally through significant scaleâup phases (ÂŁ20M to ÂŁ80M+)
âď¸ Strong capability in production planning, forecasting and material management
âď¸ Experience managing coâmanufacturers, international suppliers and 3PL partners
âď¸ Deep understanding of quality, technical standards and regulatory compliance
âď¸ Strong commercial mindset, experience in cost control, COGS optimisation and margin management
âď¸ Confident working crossâfunctionally and influencing at senior level
âď¸ Highly organised, processâdriven and solutionsâfocused
âď¸ Experienceleading a team (10+)and building a highâperforming supply chain function
