Role Purpose:
Our consultancy client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead talent acquisition activities for a reputable banking institution in Bahrain.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing end-to-end hiring processes, building talent pipelines, and ensuring the bank attracts high-calibre professionals across all business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for all banking divisions, including retail, corporate, operations, technology, compliance, and support functions.
- Develop and implement strategic hiring plans aligned with workforce needs.
- Partner closely with senior leadership and department heads to understand talent requirements.
- Manage sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, agencies, referrals, and direct search.
- Ensure a strong pipeline of qualified Bahraini and regional talent.
- Oversee candidate screening, interviewing, assessment, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to position the bank as an employer of choice.
- Track recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, and retention metrics.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with Bahrain labour laws, banking regulations, and internal governance standards.
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team where applicable.
- Drive diversity, succession planning, and localization initiatives.

- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategy and workforce planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong understanding of the Bahrain labour market and local talent landscape.
- Experience using ATS and HR systems.
- Strong interviewing and assessment capability.
- Data-driven with strong reporting and analytics skills.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
