JOB TITLE: LEADERSHIP AND TALENT ADVISOR
Key Responsibilities
- The Leadership and Talent Advisor plays a strategic role in designing, implementing, and continuously improving leadership and talent development initiatives that support employee growth, engagement, retention, and organizational performance across CB&I. The role partners closely with leaders and HR teams to drive talent strategies, leadership capability, learning effectiveness, and a culture of inclusion and continuous development.
- Develop, initiate, and maintain effective programs for workforce retention and employee engagement.
- Create and maintain an environment of equal employment opportunity, diversity, and competitive advantage in support of the Company's diversity, equity, and inclusion strategic plan.
- Conduct facilitations as required, such as delivering instructor-led training.
- Ensure that organization-wide Talent Management initiatives are focused and aligned on improving operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Use statistical analysis regarding talent data for data-driven decision-making and process improvement.
- Actively coach and educate leaders and HR business partners.
- Build, coach, and facilitate effective team build activities and development activities, and support the leaders in creating an engaged environment.
- Support in the global rollout of development programs including but not limited to coaching, mentoring, leadership skills, high-potential development.
- Champion the individual development of employees across multiple regions.
- Position requires working in a hands-on, project-driven environment.
- Analyze the effectiveness of the training and develop appropriate modifications as needed.
- Develop programs and curriculum for employee onboarding and on-the-job training.
- Provide support and coaching for new employees to accelerate their onboarding.
- Develop, assign, track compliance of learning modules within LMS system. (Cornerstone preferred)
- Effectively use and monitor data within LMS system. (Cornerstone preferred)
- Develop a process to monitor and ensure employees are performing their responsibilities according to the training.
- Familiarity with psychometric assessments such as 360, DiSC, Hogan, and Clifton Strengths. (Disc preferred).
Essential Qualifications And Skills
- Learning and Development and / or Talent Management experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree (Organizational or Learning Development, HR, etc.), equivalent experience or certifications
- CIPD or other HR professional certification preferred.
- Experience and knowledge of the Engineering & Construction industry preferred.
- Experience designing, developing, and supporting organization-wide leadership and talent management programs that cover performance management, talent development, coaching, and leadership.
- Experience in the development and implementation of learning and development initiatives.
- Domestic travel is probable, international travel possible.
