The role holds overall accountability for the strategic management of high needs funding and WCG’s allocated proportion of the national £1.6 billion Inclusive Mainstream Fund (IMF).
With Inclusion serving as the definitive leadership test in education inspection, the post holder will be a forward-thinking strategist. They will leverage hard data to ensure diverse learner groups achieve, belong, and thrive. By aligning college operations with the updated Ofsted Inclusion Framework, the Further and Higher Education Act 1992, and the Education and Inspections Act 2006, the Director will aim to secure recognition for exemplary leadership and practice across all campuses.
The post holder will report to the Vice Principal for Curriculum Planning, Performance & Skills.
