We are a fast-growing, London-based scaleup that has been working with some of the most ambitious and exciting brands around. We are now seeking a passionate and competent Sustainability Executive to join our team.

Helping clients understand and realise their sustainability and social impact objectives in a way that improves impact, performance, and profitability will be critical, as well as being an excellent team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude.

The Challenge

FuturePlus Technologies is at a pivotal moment in its growth journey. As part of our expanding advisory team, you’ll play a meaningful role in delivering client projects, building your expertise, and helping us scale our impact.

The Role

FuturePlus Technologies is seeking a dynamic Sustainability Executive to help drive the next phase of our development. This purpose-driven role will involve spearheading initiatives with clients to continually assess and enhance the implementation of their sustainability and social impact programs. Key responsibilities include:

Guiding clients through our SaaS-based ESG impact management and reporting platform, FuturePlus.
Problem-solving and aiding clients in developing robust sustainability and social impact strategies.
Assisting clients in sourcing, compiling, and presenting sustainability impact evidence.
Conducting audits on client sustainability assessments and preparing comprehensive client reports.
Ensuring our clients receive an exceptional and seamless customer experience.

Additionally, this exciting role presents an opportunity to collaborate with the wider team on various tasks and projects, including:

Supporting the sustainability consulting and senior management team on client projects and work streams.
Contributing to thought leadership pieces, LinkedIn content, newsletters, and blogs.
Conducting research.
Identifying and proposing new opportunities for existing clients.
Assisting with company administration and daily duties.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an energetic and values-driven professional who is passionate about sustainability and social impact in business.

We are an eclectic team from a variety of backgrounds who all share a common goal. We value professionalism, drive, attention to detail, and ambition as much as conventional qualifications.

Required Skills

Minimum 12 months of client-facing experience in a sustainability-related or relevant role (can include work placements and internships).
Demonstrated understanding of key sustainability principles and frameworks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with impeccable attention to detail.
A composed and creative thinker, confident in designing simple solutions to complex problems.
Adaptable and eager to learn new skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with a range of clients and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic setting, and as part of our cross-functional team.
Ability to work in our London office near London Bridge, mixed with some home working, and to travel to client meetings when required.
Ability to work in the United Kingdom on an indefinite basis.
