About
I currently work as a User Support Analyst at the University of Reading, where I have developed a strong foundation in IT support and security practices. Over the past years, I have been actively shadowing our Cyber Security and GRC team, gaining hands-on experience with tools such as Tanium, Wireshark, and Azure. During this time, I’ve contributed to endpoint remediation tasks, phishing awareness campaigns, and supplier risk assessments aligned with ISO 27001 standards.
As well as this, I have achieved the following certification: CompTIA Security+ and ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC). I obtained these to formally build on my knowledge, and I also hold a degree in Computer Security. I’m also deepening my skills through platforms like TryHackMe, focusing on SIEM, network traffic analysis, and incident response.
