Throughout my career, I have worked in highly regulated and fast-paced environments, including Raytheon UK and Visa/Currencycloud, where accuracy, compliance, and service excellence were central to everything I delivered. Most recently, as HR Partner (DEI Lead) at Raytheon UK, I partnered closely with HR, senior leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic people initiatives while maintaining robust operational processes. My responsibilities included workforce reporting, policy and process reviews, employee lifecycle support, stakeholder management, employee wellbeing initiatives, and the delivery of programmes that enhanced employee engagement and organisational culture.
Prior to this, I spent eight years at Visa/Currencycloud, supporting a rapidly growing global fintech business. Alongside leading employee engagement and DEIB initiatives, I worked closely with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to improve employee processes, coordinate onboarding and people programmes, analyse workforce data, and deliver continuous improvements that enhanced both efficiency and the employee experience. Working within financial services strengthened my understanding of governance, compliance, data accuracy, and the importance of delivering a consistent, high-quality service across the employee lifecycle.
Earlier in my career as Office Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist, I managed recruitment administration, office operations, supplier relationships, travel, facilities, and employee onboarding while successfully project-managing the launch of offices in New York and Amsterdam. These experiences developed my ability to manage competing priorities, coordinate multiple workstreams, and maintain exceptional attention to detail while supporting employees, managers, and senior leadership.
