About You

We are looking to hear from candidates who have the following skills and experience:

Extensive experience in creating fun and engaging employer partnerships.
A knack for developing innovative strategies that boost student employability.
Exceptional networking skills, with a proven ability to build lasting industry relationships.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating engaging and impactful connections between students and employers, creative and innovative in enhancing our employer engagement strategies, an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, experienced in developing and implementing programs that improve student employability and career success, and proactive and driven with a commitment to making a meaningful difference in the higher education sector.

This Selection Process Consists Of Two Stages

Stage One: Draft an email to an employer

Draft an email to a potential employer with the aim of actively engaging them in a partnership with LSBU. This exercise will help us assess your communication skills and ability to connect with employers effectively.

Stage Two: Interview

If you successfully complete the first stage, you will advance to the final stage, which is an interview with the hiring manager and a panel.
