Diversity & Inclusion Co-ordinator (Fixed-Term Cover)
Contract: Early January 2026 – End of May 2026
We're looking for a proactive and organised
Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Co-ordinator to join our Responsible Business team on a fixed-term basis. This role is key to ensuring continuity of our D&I initiatives, projects, and reporting during the cover period. You'll play a central part in delivering impactful programmes, engaging stakeholders, and supporting our internal networks and community partnerships. This role is based at our Bristol office.
What you'll be doing:
- Reverse Mentoring Programme: Coordinate group sessions, provide resources, manage wrap-up activities, and support ongoing mentoring.
- Marketing & Communications: Draft engaging content for internal and external channels, support webinars, awards submissions, and promote D&I events.
- Events: Organise key events including WWL Insight Day, Pride activities across offices, Accessibility Forum, and BGroups relaunch.
- Reporting & Data: Prepare drafts for Pay Gap Reporting and update D&I data reports
- Community Partnerships: Support objectives, events, volunteering days, and in-kind bookings for partners.
- Training & Development: Assist with Conscious Inclusion training and maintain intranet resources.
- General Administration: Manage presentations, budgets, and team activities.
What We're Looking For
- To be available to start the role in January
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders.
- Experience in D&I initiatives or a keen interest in this area.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
