Culture & Employee Experience Partner
We are working on behalf of one of our member organisation to source a strategic and hands-on Culture & Employee Experience Partner to help shape and embed an inclusive, values-driven culture across a national organisation. This role offers the opportunity to co-create a bold, insight-led wellbeing and culture strategy that supports teams at both head office and operational locations.
You will work closely with leaders and colleagues to deliver initiatives that promote engagement, inclusion, and wellbeing. This includes designing campaigns, developing learning experiences, facilitating workshops, supporting mental health, and measuring the impact of culture and wellbeing programmes.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in culture, wellbeing, and DE&I within organisations, strong strategic and influencing skills, and the ability to translate insight into meaningful action. You will also be comfortable working across multiple locations and collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver best-in-class support for employees.

Key Requirements
- Proven experience designing and delivering wellbeing and culture strategies.
- Strong understanding of mental health, inclusion, and organisational culture.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to use data and insights to shape programmes and influence decisions.
- Flexibility to travel to operational sites as required.
