About the Role
This role is offered on an initial 6 month fixed term contract.
As an HR Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for HR queries, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. You’ll manage employee records, contracts, and HR systems, support onboarding processes, handle pre-employment checks, and administer employee benefits.
You'll also play a key role in recruitment support and process improvement while maintaining compliance with policies and regulations. Additionally, this role offers valuable opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge in HR through training and exposure to various HR functions, supporting your career growth in Human Resources.
About You
You have experience as an HR Administrator or Assistant, strong IT and organisational skills, and excellent communication abilities. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can prioritise tasks effectively, and are detail-oriented. You are professional, discreet, and committed to equality and diversity.
