To support the delivery of the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) elements of the University’s People Strategy. Working as an integral part of the HR Department, helping to ensure that EDI principles are embedded throughout the employee lifecycle and championed across the institution. Acting as a key point of contact for staff seeking guidance on inclusive practice and leading on regular EDI communications and awareness-raising activities, coordinating events, and promoting engagement within the University Community.
