The Role

Adobe is seeking a Talent Partner for its Sales and Customer Success function. The role works in extreme proximity with the key business partners on a day-to-day basis to identify the best talent in the world to support our growth. As a member of the Sales recruiting engine, you'll be charged with finding unique candidates who bring in the ability to generate profitability for the organization, get energy from revenue and sales targets, ability to understand customer’s struggle and a diversity of thought to all that they do.
You will be responsible for crafting great experiences both for the Hiring Leaders and candidates through the hiring process and introducing them to the magic of working at Adobe. End to end recruiting role with an opportunity to act as business strategic advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Lead end-to-end recruitment for Sales & Customer Success organization including sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and offer negotiation.
- Be a strategic advisor to customers: Partner with leadership and hiring managers to deeply understand the hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Data-Driven Recruiting: Apply data to make informed recruiting decisions, track critical metrics, and provide regular reports to partners on recruitment progress.
- Focus on conversion ratio being maintained from Interview: Offer and eventually to joining
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date & keep business informed in a structured manner about the talent trends and competitor insights, sharing relevant information with business to shape recruitment strategies.
- Sourcing: Identify and engage with top talent through proactive sourcing strategies including direct outreach, social media, job boards, and talent networks.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and engagement throughout the recruitment process.
- Employer Branding: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that candidates have a clear understanding of the company culture, values, and opportunities.
- Collaborator: Has displayed strong focus and proven success in collaborating with peers, TA leaders and business.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruiting processes are followed that demonstrate Adobe brand
Above & beyond
- As a Strategic advisor, work closely with the business to identify upcoming business problems and how talent can partner with business to solve potential anticipated challenges
- Hire to Retire – Regularly conduct reviews to understand the quality of talent hired and how have they contributed to making Adobe successful. As a Sales Recruiter, it is paramount to hire top quality talent for organizational success and hence quality of hire is a non-negotiable aspect of what and how we hire.
- Strategic Operator – Able to think at a strategic level and deliver on ideas & concepts with precision
What you will need to succeed
To be great in this role, you'll need to use your skills to create best-in-class job postings, turn over stones to network with passive candidates, work tightly with teammates and hiring managers, and formulate robust sourcing strategies that will attract and find the best talent out there. It's a fast-paced role, working on a fun and cohesive recruiting team.
- Proven experience in leading the hiring portfolio for large Sales & Customer Success function (Non tech) with equal ease & passion
- Ability to build credibility with different levels of management up to VP-level to guide and influence.
- Confident, energetic and effective in completing key initiatives in a face paced environment.
- Passion for recruitment with focus on strong candidate and manager engagement.
