We are looking for
Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Intern to assist with various team initiatives and projects. This is a 12-month internship based in one of our offices: Hammersmith, Cambridge or Warwick with a 40-hour workweek.

Role Description & Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing Employee Resource Group (ERG) events and activities to foster an inclusive workplace culture
- Working with the Executive Sponsor and DI&B Lead for Northern Europe on multiple Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging topics
- Organizing the DIB Calendar
- Scheduling events
- Owning the DIB Dashboard
- Working with the Communications team
Qualifications
- An Ideal opportunity for a person who has strong organizational and project management skills and who also has a passion for DI&B topics
- Creating diversity analytics to understand and track performance in the organization, including legislative requirements
- Celebrating diversity through organized events and awareness sessions
