Job Description
Portico are looking to recruit a Workplace Excellence Director responsible for defining, developing and leading the organisation’s workplace experience proposition across it’s client portfolio. This role acts as the functional lead for workplace experience, setting the vision, standards and frameworks that underpin the delivery of workplace services across all client environments.
Workplace services includes a wide range under Facilities Management. The Workplace Excellence Director will drive service innovation across disciplines, account framework leadership, quality assurance, capability development and while supporting the organisation’s commercial growth through differentiated service propositions operationally led and to showcase client environments for retention and growth.
Working closely with operational leadership, commercial teams and key clients, the role ensures the organisation consistently delivers exceptional workplace experiences that strengthen client relationships and differentiate the business in the outsourcing market.
