About The Role
The People Services and Experience Officer plays a key role within the People, Culture and Safety team, delivering high-quality, people-focused support across the employee lifecycle.
As a first point of contact for employees, candidates and leaders, you’ll provide responsive, accurate and proactive support across recruitment, onboarding and HR administration. This is a highly service-oriented role where attention to detail, strong systems capability and professionalism are essential.
You’ll help create a seamless and positive employee experience by ensuring processes are efficient, compliant and aligned to organisational values.
A Little More About The Role
In this role you will:
- Deliver high-quality customer service via phone, email and digital channels, resolving enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including preparing employment offers and documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
- Provide guidance on HR processes such as onboarding, probation and general policy queries
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures and legislative requirements
- Assist with audit readiness and maintain accurate documentation for employee lifecycle events
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and employee experience

What Your Experience Might Look Like
- Experience in administration, customer service or a shared services environment (HR highly regarded)
- Exposure to HR systems, recruitment platforms or onboarding processes (desirable)
- Understanding of basic HR processes, confidentiality and record keeping requirements
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy
