The LET is a global golf tour comprising of professional elite women athletes who play international tournaments on some of the world’s most prestigious and renowned golf courses. Founded in 1978, the Tour is also committed to inspiring the next generation of talent to pursue their passion and achieve their dreams through the game of golf.
The LET Access Series is the official feeder tour to the Ladies European Tour, providing players not part of a major tour the opportunity to compete and progress. The organization aims to support and nurture talent in women's golf, paving the way for success on the Ladies European Tour.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Tournament Administrator, based in Denham, Buckinghamshire. The successful candidate will be required to attend the LET headquarters at least one day per week and will travel extensively to support LET tournaments worldwide.
The Tournament Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Tournament Directors on the competition aspects and administration duties at LET tournaments, ensuring a consistently high standard in terms of Tournament Administration and Live Scoring Operations. To be the main point of contact for Tour Players as the person they approach for any matter relating to the tour/events and policies.
Event Coordinator
- Working closely with the Tournament Director to ensure events are delivered effectively to meet the needs of the professionals and staff. This will include planning, logistics and delivery.
- Liaising with the promoters, venue operators, suppliers and other partners both before and during the event to ensure needs are met.
- Ensuring that player services are delivered to a consistently high level.
- Regular review of LET Sanctioned event check lists and updating where required.
- Assist with the management of the tournament software system.
- Ensuring the member regulations are always adhered to.
- Assisting and completing any other tasks as required by the Tournament Directors or any other departments to develop an enhanced knowledge of the organisation.
Live Scoring
- Ensuring the scoring equipment is transported in accordance with customs procedures and the appropriate documentation is used.
- Establishing live scoring requirements in tournament pre-planning.
- Liaising with the Chief Marshall and volunteers at all official LET events.
- Conducting volunteer briefings alongside the tournament promoters.
- Management of volunteers to ensure all roles and responsibilities are appropriately covered.
- Compiling post tournament reports, evaluating strengths and weaknesses to help future events.

- Knowledge of golf and tournament regulations is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in golf / sport management or a relevant qualification to a similar level.

Additional Information
Location
This position is based at the Ladies European Tour headquarters in Denham, Buckinghamshire, with extensive international travel throughout the tournament season.
Reporting Line
The Tournament Administrator will report to the Senior Tournament Administrator and work closely with the Tournament Directors and wider Tournament Department.
Travel Requirements
The successful candidate must be willing and able to travel extensively throughout the year, including weekends and public holidays, to support the delivery of LET tournaments worldwide.
