Ignite are excited to be partnering with an ambitious, founder-led drinks brand as they look to hire a Founder's Associate during an exciting period of growth.
This is a rare opportunity to work directly alongside the founders, gaining exposure to every corner of the business. You'll act as a true right-hand, helping drive key initiatives across operations, finance, commercial projects and business growth.
Perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves problem-solving and wants to play a meaningful role in building a brand from the inside out.
What will you be doing?
⭐ Acting as a trusted extension of the founders across the business
⭐ Owning key operational processes including order management, logistics and customer issue resolution
⭐ Supporting inventory planning and supplier coordination
⭐ Maintaining financial records, costing models and margin analysis
⭐ Assisting with cash flow monitoring and commercial decision-making
⭐ Leading or supporting strategic projects such as new product launches, trade events and process improvements
⭐ Taking increasing ownership of initiatives currently managed by the founders
Who are we looking for?
⭐️ Experience within a startup, scale-up, consumer brand or high-growth environment
⭐️ Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
⭐ Comfortable in finance (unit economics, margins, costing) and operational details (inventory management, logistics).
⭐ Familiarity with Xero, Unleashed, Prospect, Mintsoft is a plus, but definitely not necessary
⭐️ Commercially minded with strong analytical skills
⭐️ Comfortable working across multiple projects and priorities
⭐️ Proactive, resourceful and able to operate independently
⭐️ Excited by ambiguity and the opportunity to build something from the ground up
⭐️ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
⭐️ A genuine entrepreneurial mindset
