Milk Education are recruiting for a purpose-driven, enthusiastic Wrap Around Care Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Nottingham on a long-term basis starting in September 2026. Hours: 7-9 am (leading breakfast club) and 3-6 pm (leading after-school club)

What You'll Be Doing in the Role:
- Providing high-quality care and supervision for children during breakfast and/or after-school club sessions
- Planning and delivering fun, creative, and age-appropriate activities
- Promoting inclusion and encouraging positive relationships between pupils
- Supporting children's social, emotional, and physical development through play
- Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all children at all times
- Preparing and serving light snacks in line with school policies
- Working closely with school staff and communicating effectively with parents where appropriate
- Helping to maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment
Essential Requirements:
- Recent experience working with children in a school, childcare, nursery, or wrap around care setting
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years, Playwork, or a related field is essential.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's development and wellbeing
