Event and Client Experience Specialist

The Role
A leading global consultancy is looking for an Event and Client Experience Specialist to support the seamless delivery of high-profile events and client engagement initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Client Experience & Events, you will take ownership of event execution, stakeholder coordination, and logistical planning to ensure exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end event management, ensuring smooth execution.
- Oversee stakeholder and vendor relationships, including contract negotiations.
- Manage event budgets, reporting, and post-event evaluations.
- Prepare and present decks using Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Provide on-site support for events, including during out-of-office hours.
What You Bring
- Strong end to end event management experience, ideally in a corporate or luxury fashion environment.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience creating presentations and budgeting.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, multitask, and manage competing priorities.
- A proactive mindset with excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
