The Role
We are looking for a thoughtful, proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to shape how we attract, select and welcome our teams across Little Houses Group.
This role combines strategy with hands-on delivery. You will lead our talent and attraction approach, diversify our pipelines, nurture community relationships and develop an employer brand that reflects who we are. You will also personally manage recruitment for key roles including Club Managers and Support Office positions, ensuring a seamless and values-led experience throughout.
You will take ownership of hiring for all new openings, working closely with the Openings Manager and operational leads to make sure each new club launches with confident, capable teams in place.
A key project will be the rollout of our new ATS, which you will lead from planning through to implementation and long-term adoption.

What You Will Do
• Design and deliver a talent acquisition strategy that reflects our values and supports our growth
• Lead hands-on recruitment for Support Office, Club Managers and other business-critical roles
• Oversee end to end recruitment for all new openings, ensuring teams are hired, supported and ready ahead of launch
• Build diverse candidate pipelines and strengthen representation at all levels
• Develop partnerships with local organisations, colleges, community groups and networks to widen access
• Shape and deliver our employer brand across content, campaigns and candidate touchpoints
• Lead the implementation of our new ATS including project planning, training and optimisation
• Partner with hiring managers to create clear role profiles, success measures and structured selection processes
• Develop interview resources and tools that support inclusive, confident hiring
• Analyse recruitment metrics including pipeline health, representation, time to hire and candidate experience
• Coach managers on inclusive hiring practices and effective decision-making
• Refine the candidate journey to ensure it is warm, clear and grounded in our values
• Support onboarding frameworks that help new joiners feel welcomed and set up to succeed
• Continuously review and improve processes to balance efficiency with care
You Will Thrive in This Role If You
• Have experience in talent acquisition within luxury hospitality, members based operations, leisure, retail or a fast-growing environment
• Enjoy both strategic thinking and hands-on recruitment
• Are confident managing high-volume operational recruitment as well as senior Support Office roles
• Care deeply about inclusive hiring and community-led attraction
• Comfortable in a standalone talent acquisition role
• Communicate with warmth, clarity and confidence
• Enjoy storytelling and shaping how people experience a brand
• Feel excited about leading the implementation of new technology
