Role: Lead People and Culture Partner

Salary Scale £39,561 - £43,356

To support this transformation, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated People and Culture Partner to join our team.
As Senior People Partner, you’ll provide expert people partnership across the group, mentoring People Partners and Officers, and supporting managers to deliver our People First commitments. You’ll lead on complex employee relations, support with organisational change and workforce planning, working collaboratively to empower managers and drive organisational objectives. You’ll help deliver initiatives focused on employee wellbeing, engagement, inclusion, and a sense of belonging for all.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for People Partners and managers, offering expert advice and hands-on support for complex casework
- Mentor and build capability within the People team
- Lead and support employee relations cases, including investigations, hearings, and appeals
- Collaborate to deliver initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion
- Support the implementation of our “Deal for Colleagues” and other employee experience programmes
- Provide data and insights to inform continuous improvement
- Promote equality, diversity, and safeguarding across the organisation
What We’re Looking For
- CIPD Level 7 qualified (or equivalent skills/knowledge)
- Extensive HR experience in a large, complex organisation
- Substantial experience leading employee relations casework
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR trends
- Ability to challenge and influence stakeholders, simplify complex problems, and role model our values
