- Work with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and Centres of Excellence to integrate DEI into business planning, decision-making, and talent processes.
- Design and deliver impactful DEI programmes and learning that build capability and foster a culture of inclusion and belonging.
- Lead and support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and inclusion networks, helping them deliver meaningful impact.
- Drive DEI employee engagement through insight-led activity, including surveys, listening sessions, and targeted action planning.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and HR colleagues on DEI matters.
- Build strong internal and external partnerships and represent Royal Mail in DEI forums and industry networks.
- Ensure DEI activity aligns with legislation, internal policies, and best practice, working closely with Legal, Policy, and Compliance teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Significant experience leading DEI programmes or organisational change in a complex environment.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes in DEI and cultural transformation.
- Strong understanding of DEI frameworks, employment law, and inclusive HR practices.
- Excellent programme management skills with the ability to balance strategy and delivery.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing at all levels.
- A data-informed approach, combined with empathy and a deep understanding of organisational culture.
- A commitment to inclusion, equity, and fairness, and the ability to bring others with you on that journey.
