PRESS:
- Develop and pitch compelling press story angles to secure coverage across target print and online titles, aligning with brand strategy and seasonal priorities.
- Lead the development and execution of press campaigns, pitching grids and launches.
- Own and nurture key press and stylist relationships, proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen partnerships and expand the brand’s press network.
- Oversee press image and credit requests, working closely with the PR Assistant to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.
- Monitor press coverage and analyse DMR performance, identifying key placements, learnings, and opportunities to inform future strategy.
- Manage always-on press gifting initiatives, ensuring strategic distribution and follow-up to maximise coverage.
VIP & INFLUENCER:
- Lead the development and execution of influencer campaigns, across both organic seeding and paid partnerships.
- Manage select paid influencer partnerships campaigns end-to-end, including briefing, talent proposals, negotiations, contracting, coordination of deliverables, and asset approvals.
- Own and grow key VIP, stylist, and influencer relationships, identifying new talent and cultural moments aligned with the brand.
- Lead new talent discovery and recommendations for future influencer and VIP partnerships.
- Oversee VIP and influencer sample loans, fittings, and store product requests, ensuring seamless execution and brand alignment.
- Manage always-on influencer gifting, overseeing the gifting log and monitoring coverage and performance via Lefty.
- Host and manage VIP and influencer fittings, appointments, and product requests, coordinating look delivery and sample collection post-event.
EVENTS & EXPERIENCES:
- Take ownership of aspects of image-led events and experiences, such as pop-ups, dinners and trips, throughout the season, delivering elevated and engaging brand experiences.
- Lead the planning and execution of seasonal press days and collection presentations, ensuring all elements align with brand guidelines and budget is utilised efficiently.
- Maintain an events and cultural calendar to support strategic planning and talent engagement.
- Oversee post-event reporting, including internal recaps, coverage summaries, and performance insights.
ADMINSTATIVE:
- Own the PR activity calendar, ensuring clear visibility across press, VIP, influencer, and event activity.
- Maintain hands-on involvement with Press Assistant in Launchmetrics tracking, Lefty and DMR reporting, and data accuracy.
- Participate in stock management and manage quarterly stock-takes with Operations Manager.
- Maintain and manage, alongside PR Assistant, PR databases and asset files, ensuring internal systems are up to date with the latest campaigns and creative assets
- Lead on new vendor onboarding and invoice processing, obtaining accurate information and following brand procedures.
