As the Communications Impact Assistant, you will gain invaluable experience working across a diverse portfolio of world-leading luxury Maisons and understand the challenges in a global marketplace. The internship offers a deep dive into the communications initiatives of luxury watch, jewellery, and fashion Maisons within today's rapidly evolving landscape. You will acquire highly sought-after real-life strategic communication skills, including project management, quantitative and qualitative research, report building, and analysis.
This is a 12 month placement, ideally starting beginning of June 2026.
How Will You Make An Impact
- Daily press review of Richemont Maisons, competitor and world news to stay well informed of all initiatives
- Assist and serve as intermediary between the Agency and internal stakeholders on all Earned Media Reporting;
- i) In charge of Monthly and Quarterly Maison Reports, conducting quality control of data for all Maisons
- ii) Co-ordination of ad hoc reports for 20+ Maisons: > Ensure all reporting briefs are sent out to Maisons ahead of time while keeping agencies informed, contribute to ad hoc Maison event reports by editing executive summaries, adding industry context, competitor activity and coverage insights and always keeping Maison reporting dashboard (Monday.com) and annual planning calendar up to date
- Support on bi-annual Maison Webinars and presentations
- Lead on communications sections of annual Marketing & Communications reports using the department’s tools to extract data, draw analysis and conclusions
- Support on all elements of organisation including Maison user lists, reading list updates and licensing agreements
- Keep department video channel up to date, be the main point of contact for department contributions
- In charge of keeping the department Webpage (Lexio) up to date
- Support on all aspects of Group Task Force Talent and Events Project
- Collect, research and synthesise content from industry forums and key suppliers to enrich the department’s ongoing perspective and presentations
- Have a good knowledge of the department’s external and internal Events Calendar to understand key drivers of impact/visibility for the Maisons, feeding this data into all reports
- Have a good knowledge of Maisons territories of expression to support on Impact analysis briefings
- Work closely with other department assistant and external data analyst on all measurement projects
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (proficient command of Excel and PowerPoint)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to anticipate needs by being proactive not reactive
- Creative and strategic thinker
- Previous experience in the luxury or relevant industry in a communications or marketing role OR
- Previous experience in a PR or Media agency (minimum 1-year relevant experience or more)
- Passion for the luxury industry and Richemont Maisons
