About The Role
We’re excited to welcome a
People Coordinator – Hiring & Inclusion to our global People Team. In this role, you’ll bring energy and impact to two core areas: driving our global hiring coordination and helping deliver our Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) initiatives.
Working across the UK, US, and Australia, you’ll play a key part in strengthening our hiring practices and shaping an outstanding candidate experience. You’ll spot opportunities to improve how we work, ensure our processes evolve with the needs of our people, and help us champion a consistent, inclusive approach to recruitment worldwide.
Equity, Diversity & Inclusion is one of Charcoalblue’s seven core cultural values – a defining part of who we are. In this role, you’ll champion that value day‑to‑day, building on the strong EDI foundations already in place. Working closely with the ‘Blue Team,’ our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team, you’ll help enhance our existing initiatives, support global programmes, and report progress to the Environmental & Social Responsibility Steering Committee (E&SR SC). Your work will strengthen how inclusion shows up across our People processes and employee experience – grounded in global consistency and local context. Ultimately, you’ll help weave inclusion more deeply into how we hire, grow, and support our team, creating a workplace where everyone can thrive and where inclusion remains central to our success.
