As a senior leader within the People function, you shape the future of how DM delivers People services globally. Your work directly fuels our ability to attract, develop and retain brilliant people, while enabling leaders across the business to focus on performance and strategic value creation.
This role sets the global strategy for People Services & Operations — designing the vision, architecture and future model for how core People services are delivered across the world. You will create the operational foundation that powers our evolving People agenda: scalable systems, insightful data, consumer first reward, progressive ER frameworks, and simplified, automated processes that elevate employee experience.

Core Accountabilities
As our
Global Head of People Services & Operations, you will be responsible for:
- Lead and inspire global People Services teams across HRIS, Payroll, People Operations, Employee Relations, Reward Operations and People Data, shaping a future-focused operating model aligned to global growth and high-quality service delivery.
- Define and evolve the global HR technology and data strategy, creating an integrated ecosystem and strong data governance that enables workforce insights, productivity and informed decision-making.
- Design and oversee global payroll, reward operations and employee relations frameworks, ensuring compliant, scalable and fair processes across all jurisdictions while supporting competitive talent practices.
- Drive operational transformation across the People function, simplifying processes, introducing automation and digital solutions, and improving employee lifecycle experiences across global markets.
- Partner with executive leaders, Centres of Excellence and external vendors to translate People strategy into scalable operations, delivering strong governance, cost efficiency and high-impact people insights.
Key Skills & Capabilities
Put simply, the key things we’re looking for are:
- Deep expertise in global People Operations, HR operating models, People systems, payroll strategy, data governance and employee relations.
- Proven strategic leadership experience at HR Director level (or equivalent), ideally within complex, multi-market or global organisations.
- Strong track record of designing future-state operating models and leading large-scale organisational and operational transformation.
- Highly analytical and commercially minded, using data and insight to inform decisions, manage risk and drive performance.
- Influential and forward-thinking leader with exceptional cross-functional partnership skills, strong judgement in ER and compliance, and the ability to lead change with clarity and energy.
