We are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to support the delivery of recruitment across Axis CLC.
Working as part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will provide administrative and coordination support across the recruitment lifecycle, helping to ensure a smooth and professional experience for candidates and hiring managers.
The Talent Acquisition Administrator will support advertising, interview scheduling, onboarding administration and compliance checks, while maintaining accurate recruitment data and supporting strong governance across the hiring process.
Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
- Posting job adverts and ensuring vacancy information is accurate and compliant
- Coordinating interviews and assessments, communicating clearly with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintaining accurate candidate and vacancy data within the ATS
- Supporting pre-employment checks including Right to Work, references, DBS and qualification verification
- Preparing and issuing offer letters, contracts and onboarding documentation
- Supporting new starter onboarding and coordinating internal notifications
- Responding to candidate enquiries and supporting a positive candidate experience
- Liaising with recruitment agencies regarding CV submissions, compliance and interviews
- Supporting recruitment reporting, talent pools and pipeline administration
About You
To succeed as a Talent Acquisition Administrator, you will demonstrate:
- Experience in administration, recruitment administration or HR support
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams)
- Experience using ATS, CRM or similar database systems
- Experience supporting recruitment processes or HR administration would be advantageous.
