Title: PR Assistant - 1 year Fixed-Term Contract
Location: Head Office - New Bond Street
Reports To: Deputy PR Manager

PROFILE
- 1 year minimum experience in PR
- Passion and a true interest in the PR industry
- Experience with social media platforms
- Excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach
- Must be comfortable commuting 5 days a week to central London
PRESS:
- Manage the end-to-end press sample loan process, including curating strategic sample selections for editors and stylists; updating sample movements via Launchmetrics; coordinating courier collections and deliveries; tracking and following up on sample returns; and onboarding new season sample shipments.
- Handle press image requests and credit confirmations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Support the development and execution of trend-driven press pitches, seasonal stories, and targeted media pushes aligned with brand messaging.
- Monitor print and online press coverage daily, identifying brand credits, missed opportunities, and corrections, and reporting findings to the PR team.
- Lead in compiling monthly press clippings and coverage reports for internal distribution.
- Maintain and update media and stylist contact databases, tracking industry changes and new contacts
- Build strong relationships with assistants, coordinators, and junior contacts across media and talent teams.
VIP & INFLUENCER:
- Support VIP and influencer dressing, fittings, appointments, and store product requests, ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery of looks.
- Manage the sample loan process for VIPs and influencers, including shipment, returns, and system updates via Launchmetrics.
- Research and proactively suggest new and emerging influencers, stylists, and talent for future partnerships and dressing opportunities.
- Assist with influencer and VIP gifting initiatives, including packaging in line with brand guidelines, coordinating deliveries, and tracking coverage.
- Maintain VIP and influencer calendar to identify key cultural moments, events, and talent-dressing opportunities.
- Monitor social media and celebrity coverage daily, reporting via Lefty and share brand notable placements to the wider team.
- Maintain accurate gifting and talent logs, ensuring all activity is tracked and followed up.
EVENTS & EXPERIENCES:
- Support the planning and execution of press, VIP, and influencer events, assisting with logistics, timelines, and production needs.
- Coordinate event fittings, product loans, and look deliveries, including collection of samples post-event.
- Assist onsite at events with guest list coordination, car bookings, talent arrivals, and general production support.
- Help compile post-event recaps, including imagery, coverage, and performance summaries for internal communication.
- Maintain an events and cultural calendar to support strategic planning and talent engagement.
- Always represent the brand professionally, maintaining a high level of organisation, discretion, and attention to detail.
ADMINISTATIVE & REPORTING:
- Conduct daily monitoring of print, online, and social media coverage across media, celebrities, VIPs, and influencers.
- Maintain and regularly update media, stylist, influencer, and vendor contact databases, tracking industry moves and new talent.
- Manage the press cupboard/showroom, ensuring samples are organised, well-presented, visual merchandised, dry cleaned when necessary, and stored correctly.
- Monitor and collate industry news, competitor activity, and cultural moments, sharing relevant insights with the Marketing Communications teams.
- Oversee PR supplies and inventory, including packaging materials and showroom food & beverage orders.
- Support invoice tracking and basic budget administration where required.
