CAREERS CO-ORDINATOR
Reports to: Head of Careers & Cultural Connections / SLT
Contract: Fixed Term (1 year in the first instance), Term-time only (41 weeks)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (8:00am – 4:30pm)
Salary: Scale 5 (Points 22–25) – £32,915 – £35,160 pro rata
Actual Salary: £29,857 – £31,893 per annum
Start Date: Immediate

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Careers Co-ordinator to join our Ofsted-recognised team, delivering an excellent careers programme that helps students explore their futures and achieve their ambitions.

What you will be doing
You will play a key role in delivering a dynamic and inclusive careers programme, including:
- Co-ordinating 1:1 guidance to students at important decision-making points
- Supporting university (UCAS), apprenticeship, and job applications
- Organising careers events, employer talks, and trips
- Building relationships with employers, universities, and training providers
- Co-ordinating meaningful work experience opportunities
- Tracking student progress and helping identify where extra support is needed
