The Role
The Education Manager plays a critical role in supporting Condé Nast’s Education Department. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations for various education programs while working closely with our education licensing partner. It will also be responsible for helping to implement new processes, overseeing workflows, and ensuring ongoing success as we continue to scale, develop, and launch new initiatives worldwide. Working closely across multiple Condé Nast departments, the Education Manager translates partner and team needs into clear, actionable workflows, ensuring all materials are on time, on brand, and to the highest quality standards.
This role is based in our London office.
What will you be doing?
- Operational support and direction to deliver against the requirements of the education licensee agreement. This will include liaising with multiple Conde Nast colleagues and departments to ensure that requests for editorial, marketing, and other support are addressed and fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Point of contact for all Education administration within Conde Nast.
- Ensure Conde Nast website descriptions and internal communications about Education initiatives are kept up-to-date.
- Attend Educational activities and events as required.
- Operationalize current and future commercial education projects as the key project administrator.
- Support the wider team on Educational activities including the Fellowship Program, CondéFuture and others as needed.
- Support recruitment, training, and engagement as it relates to staffing Condé Nast’s various education programs.
- Assist with partner management, new program development, and performance tracking across all programs.
Who you are:
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with an ability to influence, align, and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong relationship-building and partner-facing communication skills.
- Highly organized and deadline-driven, with strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with various internal and external teams to ensure timely execution and hold both parties accountable.
- Able to track key objectives and results that assist with multi-year planning and program growth.
- Understanding of territory or institutional growth strategy.
- Experience working in education or youth-facing organizations is a bonus.
