12 Month Fixed Term Contract
To build a fair education for all, we need to unlock the potential in all children – not just some. Together, we’re making it happen. Every day, our work takes us closer to a better future. But we need to do more. It’s a big challenge – and we need your help to take it on.
The Internal Communications and Employee Experience Officer role manages core internal communications, events and intranet content and supports engagement surveys, recognition programmes and the Mental Health Champions community to enable employee engagement across the Charity.
- Can you provide examples of how you ensure your written communications are crystal clear and compelling to read?
- Can you demonstrate your attention to detail, including how you analyse, interpret, and communicate large amounts of employee engagement data to different audiences?
- Can you demonstrate your interest in processes and systems, including your ability to learn new systems or digital tools and to own processes from development through to reporting and evaluation?
- Can you describe how you build relationships quickly with key stakeholders and how you liaise with and influence people at all levels of seniority?
- Can you explain how you manage multiple and competing priorities, including moving between project work and day‑to‑day responsibilities?
- Can you demonstrate your commitment to improving equity, diversity, and inclusion, including how you are currently putting this commitment into practice?
Yes to the above? Then we want to hear from you.
