Recruitment Administrator / Talent Acquisition Coordinator (2–3 Month Contract)
Location: London Bridge (Hybrid – Tuesdays & Thursdays in the office)
Hours: 35 hours/week (9:00–17:00)
Rate: £30,000 p.a. equivalent

Are you organised, proactive, and looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment? Hyde is looking for a motivated Recruitment Administrator to support our Talent Acquisition team for 2–3 months. No prior recruitment experience is required—just a willingness to learn, work hard, and help us find the right people for our business.
What you’ll do:
- Support recruitment campaigns from job advertising through to onboarding.
- Help screen CVs, prepare candidate summaries, and coordinate interviews.
- Assist with posting roles on LinkedIn, social media, and other approved channels.
- Maintain accurate records in our tracking systems and Excel spreadsheets.
- Help with onboarding paperwork, right-to-work checks, and reference collection.
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
- Learn how to ensure recruitment processes are smooth, compliant, and inclusive.
