Your Role In The Squad

⚒️ Act as a trusted, confidential support for players & staff
⚒️ Champion mental health, wellbeing & personal growth
⚒️ Embed social wellbeing — building purpose, connection & confidence
⚒️ Help players develop their personal brand & future pathways
Requirements
What You Bring:
Experience supporting
high-performance female athletes
Background in wellbeing, education, mentoring or coaching
Strong understanding of
player transitions & life beyond sport
Ability to thrive in a
diverse, inclusive & high-performance environment
Passion for women’s football and making a lasting impact
Safeguarding Commitment
