Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Program Manager to lead and manage end-to-end execution of educational programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery, scalability, and continuous improvement of learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Planning & Execution
-Design, plan, and execute education programs
-Define program scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
2. Stakeholder Management
-Collaborate with internal teams (content, tech, operations, sales)
-Coordinate with external partners, educators, and institutions
3. Operations & Delivery
-Ensure smooth onboarding of learners and instructors
-Monitor program performance and resolve operational issues
4. Data & Performance Tracking
-Track KPIs such as learner engagement, completion rates, and satisfaction
-Analyze data and generate reports for continuous improvement
5. Quality Assurance
-Ensure content quality, learner experience, and program effectiveness
-Implement feedback mechanisms and improvements
6. Budget & Resource Management
-Manage program budgets and optimize resource utilization
7. Process Improvement
-Identify gaps and streamline processes for scalability
