Health & Wellbeing Lead
Are you passionate about creating healthier, safer workplaces where people can truly thrive? We’re looking for an energetic, action-oriented Health & Wellbeing Lead to drive meaningful change across a complex, multi-site organisation.
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and deliver a progressive wellbeing strategy, working with senior stakeholders and teams across the business to make a real, measurable impact.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll play a key role in embedding a strong health and wellbeing culture by:
- Shaping and delivering our wellbeing strategy aligned to our Zero Harm ambition
- Leading our health surveillance programme and managing external partners
- Designing and driving engaging wellbeing initiatives across the organisation
- Owning and developing our mental health agenda, supporting our network of Mental Health First Aiders
- Partnering with Occupational Health providers to ensure high-quality, consistent delivery
- Collaborating across the wider group to share ideas and enhance wellbeing activity
- Monitoring, measuring and reporting on wellbeing performance and key metrics
- Using data and insight (absence, OH trends, health data) to influence and drive improvement
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is collaborative, curious and confident in influencing at all levels. You’ll bring:
- Proven experience delivering projects within a large, complex organisation (ideally within regulated or high-hazard environments such as construction, nuclear or petrochemical)
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior level
- Excellent coaching, communication and relationship-building capability
- Experience managing competing priorities and navigating complex stakeholder environments
- A practical, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to turn strategy into action
- Background in occupational hygiene or similar (desirable)
Why join us?
You’ll be part of a forward-thinking organisation where wellbeing is a strategic priority, not a tick-box exercise. This is your chance to shape programmes, influence culture, and make a lasting difference to people across the business.
If you’re ready to take the lead on wellbeing and drive real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
Equity, Diversity & Inclusion
