At Eni, we are looking for a Company Secretarial Assistant to join Eni UK Ltd in London. The role is responsible for the provision of comprehensive company secretarial services to the Eni UK Business Unit and the wider Eni Group, operating under the supervision of the Head of Corporate Affairs. The position supports effective corporate governance and regulatory compliance, oversees company secretarial and statutory matters, contributes to corporate restructuring activities, and delivers project-based support across a range of corporate and governance initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
- Company Secretarial Services – Support in the provision of core company secretarial services to UK‑incorporated and/or UK‑managed companies of the Eni Group, including preparation of board and shareholder documentation, minutes of meetings, attendance at meetings as required, and matters relating to statutory accounts.
- Corporate Governance and Compliance – Support in the provision of corporate governance and compliance services for UK‑incorporated and/or UK‑managed companies of the Eni Group, including maintenance of statutory records and books, corporate filings, and maintenance of internal and external databases.
- Corporate Restructuring – Provide general company secretarial support in relation to the corporate restructuring activities of the Eni UK Business Unit and the wider Eni Group, including liquidations, strike‑offs, capital restructuring and corporate reorganisations.
- Project Work – Provide general assistance to the Head of Corporate Affairs and the Legal Manager on ad‑hoc projects for the Eni UK Business Unit and the wider Eni Group, as they arise from time to time, including work related to corporate acquisitions, review of constitutional documents, dissentients’ registers and payments into court.
- Ensure adherence to the Company’s Health, Safety & Environment policies, procedures and standards.
- Fully comply with the Eni Code of Ethics and Law 231 principles.
Skills And Experience Required
- Strong academic record (degree preferred; legal degree desirable).
- Previous experience in a similar company secretarial role, ideally within an international environment.
- Part‑qualified or fully qualified ICSA/CGI, or similar/equivalent qualification is desired.
- Understanding of complex corporate organisations and structures.
- Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of company secretarial software (e.g. Diligent).
- Ability to manage projects and prioritise workload effectively.
- Willingness to explore the use of AI and its benefits for the team and the Company.
- Effective communicator at all levels, with strong accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively, with a positive and proactive approach to managing challenging projects.
- Commercially aware, highly motivated, adaptable and willing to learn.
