- Manage and maintain consistent signage and communications across the estate, from posters to digital content
- Capture on-site data and insights, supporting performance tracking and continuous improvement with the wider team
- Act as the first point of contact for waste-related queries, coordinating with operations teams to keep services running smoothly
- Support contractor compliance, ensuring waste is handled in line with estate processes and duty of care requirements
- Identify and trial new ideas to improve efficiency, cut costs and reduce environmental impact
- Provide hands-on guidance to residents on correct use of waste systems, reducing contamination and operational issues
- Create simple, effective resident communications and target engagement in problem areas to drive measurable improvements
Our Essential Requirements
- Understanding of sustainability and waste management, including recycling systems, waste hierarchy and circular economy principles
- Proficient in MS Office and general IT applications
- Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, with strong written and verbal skills
