Lead meaningful change and help shape a fair, safe and inclusive future
We’re looking for an experienced and purpose-driven
Group DEI Manager to lead the delivery and evolution of our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy across the Group.
This is an opportunity to influence change at scale — embedding inclusive practices across the colleague lifecycle and ensuring our approach to DEI creates meaningful impact for colleagues, managers, leaders and wider stakeholders.
Working closely with HR, Talent and senior stakeholders, you’ll drive initiatives that create measurable progress and enable a great place to work in which everyone can thrive.
What You’ll Be Doing
As Group DEI Manager, you will:
- Lead the implementation and ongoing evolution of the Group’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy across multiple business areas and geographies.
- Design and deliver impactful DEI initiatives that create meaningful outcomes and support an inclusive colleague experience.
- Partner with Talent, HR and business leaders to embed inclusion across the full colleague lifecycle — from attraction and recruitment through to development, performance and succession planning.
- Develop and deliver engaging DEI campaigns, events and communications that build awareness, encourage participation and increase visibility of inclusion activity.
- Provide strategic leadership and governance for Colleague Resource Groups, enabling them to deliver sustainable impact aligned to organisational priorities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, influencing decision-making and providing guidance on DEI approaches, interventions and emerging best practice.
- Own and maintain DEI policies, frameworks and toolkits, ensuring alignment with legislation and organisational priorities across operating geographies.
- Lead the collection, analysis and reporting of DEI data and metrics, translating insight into actions that support measurable progress.
- Monitor external trends, cultural developments and emerging practices to continuously evolve and strengthen the Group’s DEI approach.
- Represent the organisation through external networks, partnerships and industry initiatives where appropriate.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with practical delivery and a genuine passion for creating high performing workplaces.
You’ll bring:
- Experience leading and implementing DEI programmes, initiatives and strategies within a complex organisation.
- Strong understanding of DEI principles, best practice and employment legislation across multiple geographies.
- Experience creating and embedding policies, frameworks and colleague-focused interventions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor initiatives and messaging to a broad range of audiences and cultures.
- Proven stakeholder management and influencing capability, with confidence operating at senior levels across the organisation.
- Experience using people data and metrics to measure impact and turn insight into meaningful action.
- Experience supporting or governing colleague resource groups and delivering organisation-wide DEI activity.
- Strong judgement, credibility and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
