We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis (40 hours per week) in our beautiful London Head Office. In this role, you will be involved in a range of HR functions, supporting both our retail stores and Head Office in the UK. The successful candidate is a proactive and energetic individual who is driven to deliver the highest level of service across recruitment, candidate experience and all HR processes.
Job responsibilities
- Recruitment: Supporting the recruitment lifecycle for entry-level to mid-senior positions.
- Job Descriptions & Advertising: Create job descriptions and advertise vacancies on the TalentLink platform for roles across the UK.
- CV Screening: Utilise the applicant tracking system (ATS) to meticulously screen CVs, paying strong attention to detail.
- Interview Coordination: Organise and conduct interviews with candidates and hiring managers in a timely and flexible manner.
- Candidate Experience: Create an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring equality at all times and maintaining a smooth and professional recruitment process.
- Offer Management: Extend verbal job offers to successful candidates and serve as the primary point of contact for new starters.
- Onboarding: Prepare and send offer letters, contracts, and other administrative documents. Conduct right-to-work checks. Onboard new starters using the HRIS system.
- Employee Relations: Supporting the department with HR administration, including notetaking during ER cases and preparing administrative documents needed.
- Payroll Administration: Provide Payroll with all necessary employee documentation, including new starter information, in a timely manner.
Profile
- 6 months to 1 year experience within Recruitment and HR as an Intern or in an Administrator role.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
