Do you want to play a central role in shaping meaningful Diversity & Inclusion initiatives across a major organisation?
As our D&I Lead, you’ll translate strategy into measurable action, driving initiatives that create real impact across Sopra Steria UK.
Working at the heart of the business, you’ll lead inclusion programmes, empower our networks to thrive, and connect our UK efforts with the wider Group ED&I strategy, ensuring consistency, momentum and lasting change.
This role is offered on a hybrid basis, with flexibility on location; however, regular travel to our London office will be required.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and govern employee-led Inclusion Networks, ensuring alignment with D&I priorities and consistent, high-quality delivery across the organisation.
- Own and deliver end-to-end D&I reporting and insight, translating data into clear, actionable outcomes for both UK and Group stakeholders.
- Act as the UK lead for Group D&I, contributing to policy development, sharing best practice, and supporting cross-country initiatives and campaigns.
- Drive the UK disability agenda, managing external partnerships and contributing to internal working groups to strengthen inclusion outcomes.
- Oversee D&I communications and campaigns, ensuring consistent, engaging messaging that raises awareness and drives meaningful change.
- Shape and deliver inclusion learning and compliance, working with external partners to build capability and embed inclusive behaviours
What you’ll bring:
- Experience supporting or leading employee-led inclusion networks, ideally across multiple focus areas.
- Background working within a large, complex, and ideally international organisation.
- Proven experience delivering inclusion initiatives or programmes end-to-end.
- Strong analytical capability, with experience using tools such as Excel or Power BI to generate insight and inform decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, balancing operational delivery with strategic activity.
- Collaborative and proactive approach, with strong stakeholder management, networking skills, and the ability to connect wider organisational priorities.
If you’re interested in this role but not sure if your skills and experience are exactly what we’re looking for, please do apply, we’d love to hear from you!
